Health Insurance is provided for each employee and their family. JK Findings pays 100% of the premium for the employee only HDHP plan from day one and makes a contribution to the employee’s HSA. Our High Deductible Health Plans are combined with a preventive prescription medication rider making most preventive medications such as high blood pressure, asthma, high cholesterol and pregnancy zero cost to the employee from day one. The company also makes a monthly contribution towards dental insurance and offers a self-paid group vision benefit.

Time away from work is vital to our physical and mental well-being, sustained productivity and high performance. Study after study has shown that paid time off contributes to less stress and happier, healthier employees. JK Findings offers all employees working 20 hours or more per week paid vacation time. Vacation time is awarded based on length of service and average hours worked.

Saving for retirement is one of the most important things employees can do for themselves and their families during their working years. JK Findings offers employees a 401K plan as a means for saving for retirement. Employees are eligible for the 401K company match on their contributions after 1 year of service. Current company match is 50% of employee contribution, up to 5%.

To assist employees with education and development, JK Findings offers a Student Loan Payment Match benefit up to $1200.00 per year and provides top performers with career development training and education opportunities.
