The Inventory Control specialist position is primarily responsible for accurate inventory data, product quality and maintaining ideal inventory levels of stock.  

Job Functions:
 ·    Process all incoming product by counting, weighing, and performing quality checks.
 ·   Accurate Data entry of weights, items numbers, etc. into company ERP system
 ·   Run reports to analyze stock levels and inventory turns
 ·   Update production planning tabs as needed
 ·   Process purchase orders
-    Provide quality control checks on all product 

Requirements:

• Strong math skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft suite, Google Docs and sheets
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Excellent communication skills
• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Mathematics, Accounting or other degree with a strong math curriculum is preferred.

The Finishing Department is a vital phase in our manufacturing process as it is the final step and quality check before the product goes into our inventory and shipped to customers. The Finishing Coordinator works as part of a team to ensure product is clean, deburred and polished. The Finishing Coordinator uses an array of machinery, baths and tumblers to complete this final phase. You will work with all manufacturing departments regarding production schedules, product defects, and quality issues.
 
As your skills and knowledge grow, so will you. You will have the opportunity to cross train in all areas of the department. This is a great position for someone just starting their manufacturing career.

Position Summary:

As one of the primary contacts for our customers, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service. Excellence in customer service is accomplished by being responsive to customer needs, being a problem solver, and by providing accurate information and order assistance.

Your days as a customer care representative at JK Findings will be busy and engaging. Your day to day tasks will include:

• Being responsive to customer questions and requests
• Process customer orders, including backlog orders (accurate data entry and review)
• Collaborate with Account Managers and customer service team to ensure orders are fulfilled and all questions/issues are addressed.
• Process customer returns
• Work closely with the Accounting team and the VP of sales to resolve credit inquiries.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years related experience
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• Ability to partner with the sales team and work towards one shared goal of providing our customers with excellent service.

We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Production team as a Plating Line Operator. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be challenged in your day to day to day responsibilities and one where personal growth and your success is a shared priority! 

Summary of Responsibilities: 

Electroplaters use a wide variety of chemical materials for the purpose of coating jewelry components according to work order specifications. You will operate, calibrate and maintain machinery designed to coat product and monitor the processes to ensure a high quality product is produced.

Skills Necessary for Electroplating:

• Working knowledge of chemical safety
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good math skills
• Strong computer skills
• Detail/Quality orientated
• Excellent organizational skills
